LIZ PEINTNER, MSW, PCC, CPCC
certified leadership coach and facilitator
I’m all about supporting those who advance social change.
As the founder of Meaning + Momentum, LLC, I offer leadership coaching and facilitation dedicated primarily to leaders and organizations focused on social impact.
I support emerging and established leaders in advancing their career and amplifying their social impact by uncovering and exploring values, taking on new perspectives, tackling big challenges and stepping into their role as leaders and changemakers.
My professional practice is guided by the values of...
-
co-creation and partnership
-
authenticity
-
connection and empathy
-
stewardship of our time and resources
-
innovation
-
a focus on organizational and personal impact
-
a sense of humor
I uphold the Statement on Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Justice made by the International Coaching Federation, which recognizes a shared commitment to diversity, inclusion, belonging and justice. There is no room for hate in our world or in the coaching profession.
Each year, I donate a minimum of 5% of my gross business income to social change organizations addressing climate change, social injustice, food insecurity, and educational inequity.
Why me?
I’ve advised nearly 150 aspiring social entrepreneurs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (including 6 Echoing Green Fellows) on topics such as impact measurement, organizational structure, design thinking, early-stage funding, team dynamics and leadership skills.
I regularly contract with the Stanford LEAD Online Business Program as a course facilitator for courses such as Principled and Purposeful Leadership, Creating a Life of Consequence, and Values-Based Leadership. With LEAD, I have the opportunity to support hundreds of global leaders - from entrepreneurs to executives of large companies - to integrate evidence-based practices into their leadership.
I’ve designed international learning experiences focused on social innovation and entrepreneurship and explored complex social and environmental issues around the world (in China, Brazil, South Africa, Cambodia and Kenya, and beyond).
I've walked alongside changemakers, nurtured the tiny seeds of amazing ideas, championed social and environmental progress and the people who lead it, and lent a keen eye to what creates and sustains social impact.
I've connected and convened leaders in all stages of their careers: students, volunteers, CEOs, founders, board members. I’m an empathetic listener passionate about helping people be their best selves and an operations geek who likes to create elegant and simple solutions to complex problems.
